German Engineering Design took an outdated one-story home in the City of Beverly Hills and turned it into a modern two-story home with an interesting contrast of exterior finishes to give it that eye-catching look that everyone in Beverly Hills desires. A full seismic retrofit to ensure the home is earthquake ready, complete remodel of the existing floor plan, and a second-story addition.
