Clean and simple. German Engineering Design helped a homeowner turn this single-family home into three rental units on a single lot in Woodland Hills, CA. The design and layout were designed to maximize the space while keeping construction costs down, and utilize a classic look with a modern touch. The end result, a beautiful home, a detached ADU in the back, and an attached Junior ADU.
